Healdsburg Jazz Festival events are held at beautiful and intimate locations throughout Healdsburg, including wineries, boutique hotels, funky nightclubs, art galleries, churches, our historic theater, and the plaza in the center of town. Concerts, community events, and educational activities take place at 10 different sites in Healdsburg.

Please check your ticket for the address and time.

Most venues have free handicapped and public parking.

Each concert and community event is unique, so please check your ticket for when the doors open and the concert starts.

Bacchus Landing Headliner concerts – the doors open at 5:30 each night. The concert start times vary based on the day of the week and the number of performances, so please check your ticket for the exact show time.

Tickets are sold online here at healdsburgjazz.org. Tickets can be bought online or at the door.

Please contact us at info@healdsburgjazz.org if the event you are interested in is sold out. For sold-out events, we will start a waiting list in case venue capacity allows for additional attendees.

Please bring your ticket, electronic or hard copy, with QR code for scanning.

We maintain a no-refund policy as a small non-profit organization. If you prefer to donate your tickets, please inform us.

Benefits vary depending on level, but some benefits include:

• Advance purchase of festival tickets
• Early entry to select General Seating events; current Healdsburg Jazz Members can enter 10 minutes before non-members.
• 10% on Healdsburg Jazz merchandise.
• 10% discount on a set number of tickets, based on your membership level, for the event of your choice.

To use your member discount, enter your unique 10-digit alphanumeric membership code in the “Enter Code (Optional)” box before entering your payment information. The discount will be automatically applied to the first eligible items in your cart, so make sure those are the tickets you want the discount applied to.

You can find your unique membership code in the confirmation email we sent you when you purchased your membership or patron donation (the email subject is Order Confirmation #… and it comes from noreply@vbotickets.com).

If you can’t find the email with this code, you can also Sign In to your profile in our ticketing system, and find the code under “Memberships”. This is a unique code that only works for you. Alternatively, you can contact us, and we can help find your membership code.

All our festival locations are accessible. We offer accessible seats + and accessible companion seats. Please contact us if you have questions.

Only service dogs are allowed on the premises.

Yes, all tickets have in/out privileges. Please keep your ticket until the event is finished.

• No outside alcohol or food at ticketed events
• No glass containers 
• Professional audio, photography (with detachable lenses), and video equipment are PROHIBITED
• Umbrellas
• In case of outdoor plaza events, please use only low-back chairs
• Firearms or any sort of weapons are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Note: If you have food allergies and we are not offering anything that can accommodate your allergies, feel free to bring your meals. Refillable water bottles are allowed. Bacchus Landing concerts offer a selection of wine, beverages, pizza, sandwiches, salads, and snacks for purchase. Additionally, the Juneteenth event has nearby restaurants to explore.

Most festival events are held outdoors, so please pack accordingly. Temperatures can fluctuate throughout the day. Typically, evenings are cool and extra layers are recommended. Be prepared for changing weather conditions. Don’t forget to bring hats, sunglasses, and a refillable water bottle.
